With house dressing, baby Irish potatoes, VF seeds, tomatoes & mixed organic locally grown lettuce leaves. Added are sun-dried tomatoes and roast red pepper, it has lots of texture.(3,5,6,7,10,11).

With cherry tomato, cucumber ribbons, crushed Irish baby potato and house dressing. Sometimes simple is best. This combination is certainly that –crispy crushed potatoes (always always good),juicy bursting oozy tomatoes, with fresh and vibrant  home grown blackberry and balsamic drizzle finished with roasted nuts and seeds.(1,3,5,6,7,10,11).
